Chicken Parmesan

What a great thought, breaded chicken and pasta?? Carbs on Carbs on Carbs?!?!?!

Basic pasta sauce with the addition of carrots for a sweeter taste and one cup of grated parmesan cheese for a creamier sauce.
The breading of the chicken was mixed with a special cheese blend "Highlands Italian Cheese Sprinkle" which is made up of a combination of Romano cheese, roasted garlic, basil, oregano and green peppercorns, primarily.

The bread on the side also was able to utilize this great powder blend by using it to make a compound butter spread on the toast with Garlic and Black truffle sea salt.


The combination of relative flavors created a mouth watering experience that was unexpected.
