Stuffed Flank Steak




Stuffing:
- Sauteed Mushrooms, Onion & Garlic
- Blue Cheese
- Bread Crumbs
- Cilantro

Flank Steak:
- Salt rubbed and pan fried on outside
- Then Roasted in the oven till rare on the inside
     - This allows for a nice even spread of cooked meat to cover everyone's tastes
